Preeti Ramani is a practising advocate based in Mumbai. Practising since 1997, she has a specialised practice in rent control law.
She regularly appears before the Small Causes Court, advising and representing clients in disputes concerning tenancy, eviction, possession, landlord–tenant relationships and related property rights.
Her practice has a particular focus on the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, including matters involving its interaction with the Transfer of Property Act, easement law and general principles of property law.
